Pets Dog Anti Barking Device with Ultrasonic Detection and Outdoor Use

This ultrasonic anti-barking device offers a practical solution for managing excessive barking in dogs. It automatically detects barking up to 50 feet away and emits a high-frequency sound that only dogs can hear, gently discouraging the behaviour. The ultrasound is harmless to pets and completely silent to human ears, so it can be used without disturbing your household or neighbours. The device is suitable for dogs from 6 months to 8 years old and can be hung on trees, walls, or fences indoors or outdoors within range. Compact and easy to set up, it provides a humane training aid for everyday use.

Features and Construction

The device combines automatic bark detection with ultrasonic emission in a simple, durable build. It is designed for quick installation and reliable operation in various settings.

Ultrasonic Detection and Sound

A built-in microphone responds to excessive barking and activates an ultrasonic sound component. The ultrasound stops automatically when the dog ceases barking, making it an effective training tool without constant noise. The frequency is tuned to be audible only to dogs, reducing disturbance to people and other pets.

Range and Placement

With a detection range of up to 50 feet (approximately 15 metres), the device covers a substantial area. It can be hung using the included hook on a tree branch, wall hook, or fence post, either indoors or outdoors. For best results, position it facing the dog's preferred barking spot.

Uses and Placement

This anti-barking device is suited for both home and outdoor environments. It addresses nuisance barking in gardens, yards, patios, or inside the house, providing a consistent response to unwanted noise.

Outdoor and Garden Use

Hang the device on a tree or fence near where your dog barks at passers-by, neighbours, or wildlife. The weather-resistant design (based on typical plastic housing) allows it to stay in place through light rain. The ultrasonic sound is effective within a 15-metre radius, covering most medium-sized gardens.

Indoor Use

Place the device on a shelf or mount it on a wall near a window or door where barking often occurs. It works equally well in living rooms, kitchens, or hallways, helping to manage barking triggered by doorbells, visitors, or noises outside.

Benefits and Buying Value

This training device offers a humane, low-maintenance approach to reducing barking. It requires no batteries (USB-powered) and uses safe ultrasound technology.

Safe and Humane Training

Ultrasound is harmless to dogs and does not cause pain. The device simply distracts the dog with a sound only it can hear, encouraging it to stop barking. Over time, the dog learns to associate barking with the sound, reducing the habit naturally.
